Toxin exposure:  metals, mold, pesticides, plastics

Lack of protective nutrients/hormones

What to do

Anti-inflammatory diet:

Eat 3 meals/day, no snacking, organic

Eat plant based fats: macadamia nuts, avocado, coconut meat/milk/cream/oil

Eat prebiotic foods: asparagus, fennel, garlic, leeks, onions

Eat probiotic fermented foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, miso

Eat sea vegetables

Eat good fats: avocados, nuts/seeds, coconut, extra virgin olive oil, ghee

Cook with tumeric, ginger, black pepper

Eat lots of fiber from veggies:  1-2 pounds of nonstarchy veggies

Eat protein at each meal:  organic fish, nuts, seeds, eggs, poultry

Make and drink bone broth/soups

Drink filtered water: ½ your weight in ounces daily

Avoid alcohol, sugar, dairy, grains, processed foods, fried foods

Exercise daily: weights, walking, and aerobic activity for circulation/increases gray matter

Normalize blood sugar: berberine, chromium, cinnamon, fenugreek

Low EMF exposure from cell phones, electric cars, iPads, computers

Meditate, yoga, slow breathing

Sleep 8-9 hrs/night

Omega 3s  2,000-4,000mg/day
